The Ingress of a New Learning Era

We are eagerly awaiting a team of New Joinees in the Sales Team to come on board on the 15th of January 2021. We are launching an New Induction Program starting with this team of New Joinees. The Ingress is a six month journey of learning for the new comer in Sales which is truly blended.

Not only is the training methodology blended with online sessions interspersed with workshops and webinars, the Ingress will have a blend of Fieldwork and Training Pitstops.


The first 3 Pitstops are called Sectors. They consist of one week of training followed by 3 weeks of field work each. These are followed by 11 Turbochargers that are conducted on the Saturdays of Month 4, 5 and 6 from the date of joining.

Ingress aims at giving a Sales Person time to practically utilize what he has learnt before he embarks on the next stage of learning. It is a blended and multifaceted Induction program that will allow the Business Developer absorb and adapt not only the knowhow but also understand the Ceasefire Business and Culture in a self paced manner.
